Go here viewforum.php?f=22 to see free and/or paid training.

There's a ton of other links as well in that thread.

Local based training is getting less and less interesting for people, as Internet is getting faster and faster.
There are various online training courses to take, where you can chat real time with teachers and class mates.

Depending on what (3D) software you want to use, training can be difficult to find. Even in Holland where I live.

check the online stuff, ton's of interesting stuff to find.

Teach yourself.

The only advantage of an expensive course in a physical place is that you will meet like-minded people. Otherwise you would be better off sitting in front of your computer for a year and saving yourself the money.

You will need to constantly update your skills as you work in any future career. The ability to self teach is a skill in itself and one you will need your whole life.

Just an opinion.
