i have big prbolem with export animation from XSI to Max

i have big prbolem with export animation from XSI to Max via FBX file when i export model with rig and animation then i import in 3dsmax my model will be crashed mean cant see my model well

Did you freeze/bake your animation? Clean up the originating scene so it does not contain anything you do not need and try again.
