i need this how it is ??
i mean that light come from above i think volumic but how to do it in render like glowing

You might want to export a volumic pass, and just add the glow in photoshop or any other compositing program.

after effects then, or Softimages built in compositor, or Autodesk Composite (Toxic) that comes bundled with Softimage. A good tip on getting good glow in post is storing your render in float format (like EXR) so you can better control where stuff glows
