This will be a fan film around the DBZ universe.
Instead of Perfect Cell fighting DBZ characters in his cell games, I picked 3 characters from all of Anime for him to fight, since Cell issued the challenge to the whole world.
* Akuma [Street Fighter]
* Juggernaught [X-Men]
* Kenpachi [Bleach]
Ever since I saw Samurice and Killer Bean I've wanted to do something in a similar vein.
