Blackmagic Cinema Camera will be available July 2012 for US$2,995 from Blackmagic Design resellers worldwide.
This might hurt the Red Camera guys. I don't know what type of sensor it has. (Cmos -> not good for fast moving objects.)

It shoots to 12 bit raw files, thats more important. 5d mk3 still only crap h264 8bit.

True, but the sensor has an active area of ~137mm² where the 5D has ~730mm², so low light performance should be worse, and the Bokeh porn will be PG-13.
