Melena 1.4 and Softimage 2012

Hi,

Does anyone know if Melena 1.4 is compatible with Softimage 2012?

When i try to execute Create melena from selection on xsi hair, i get this error:

I think there's an issue with certain compounds - could try this:

Yeah, ive seen that thread and replaced the compound. Didnt help. Completely different problem.

So how are you generating your xsi hair?

A stupid question maybe but have you created a polygon cluster?

What I meant with my previous post is that you need to emit the xsi hair from a polygon cluster for it to work with melena.

No I didnt, and although i feel stupid now, thank you very much! That helped.
