2013 Looks great but.... when can we get our hands on it if we are on maintenance?

From the M&E 2013 FAQ:

There will be electronic software downloads of the Autodesk® Entertainment Creation Suites
2013, Maya 2013, 3ds Max 2013, Softimage 2013, and Mudbox 2013 available for sale online at
the Autodesk Store (where available) on or after April 12, 2012. MotionBuilder 2013 (boxed
shipment or electronic software download) will not be available on the Autodesk Store.
