Reporting bugs at XSIBase

Aparently someone from the Softimage team at AD opened a thread at XSIBase for bug reporting...
At first the identity of the fellow was questioned but it seems to be legit as other known figures from AD joined in the conversation and general debugging.

It's a good initiative, although the thread itself already has gotten quite messy IMHO and so far it only has reached page 3... Might have been better if Autodesk had created a dedicated website for it, as it would have been easier to clearly highlight what already has been discussed... (something like the "autodesk.uservoice" website maybe, albeit that's meant for feature suggestions, not bugs AFAIK).
The timing is a bit strange also, as I can't see very many bugs squashed before the next release anyway (that's obviously assuming SI2013 has already "gone gold" or at least will "go gold" soonish...). It might have been better to start the thread after the next release.
