Remove Play Backward button

It causes a crash when I'm working with some complex simulations, I often accidentally click on it, how to make that it did not do anything? Thanks!

You could build your own "playback panel" toolbar with only the buttons you need and use that instead of the one embedded in the layout, which you could even delete from your layout altogether by editing the layout. But there must be a simpler way, I just don't see it ATM.

Good idea! But I've already figured out how to stop playing with the help of EndCommand_OnEvent command
