It surely must be possible: Area - Palettes :: Wire Colors
but I can't say anything more about it, sadly...

This is the syntax, and i missed it:

ColorizeObject( Red, Green, Blue );

As Stephen Blair suggest, you simply make script buttons with desired values. I guess i could now make bitmaps for icons but hopefully theres a better way...
