custom bevel hotkey, no bevel options when useing hotkey???

i used CTRL+B for bevel in xsi and when i do that my edges get beveled but no property page opens up with my options for sliding. also, ive tried new hotkeys for other things before like weld points and i also get no prop window to adjust the distance of welding. if i just bevel an edge using the menu i get my property window, but that never works when ever i try a tool using a custom hotkey???

I've just now tried assigning "Bevel" to a hotkey, but got a "ppg" every time I pressed it.
Could it be that "Pop-up Property Editors on Node Creation" in the "Interaction Preferences - Property Editors/Views" is turned off?

i'll double check, it never worked when using one of my own hotkeys. so if someone else can do it, then i know it can work. try it when i get home thanks Hirazi

Kinda old thread, but anyway I had similar problem, so I just switched hotkeys form CTRL+B to ALT+B and everything worked out pretty well
