I wouldn't call this "[ot]" (if anything it's "[out of my league]", price-wise )
So what would you do, if you're not on the Mythical Arnold Beta Test and do not own Maya or any other listed renderer? ;)

For now you can play with simulation and software itself. I only spent an hour with it, it's very easy and surprisingly fast & memory footprint is quite low (for start you can check naiad dam break graph which can be downloaded from exoticmatter website)
