Although it looks like your alpha is messed up - there is a dark halo around the leopard with the snow in the background.

I think the fur looks a bit too even and the inside of the mouth could be darker... very nice image overall

i think its a good start and with some improvements it could be look great.
the expression of the loepard could be way more exaggerated, the mouth area is to stiff/perfect. the eyes area dont reflect the expression that much, it does not look very dynamic.
the fur looks to transparent, i miss depth here. the hair itself needs more volume, it has to be thicker. alot of this also depends on the lighting, this is the other problem. its to undefined and unifrom. look at your snow background, there is alot of contrast in lighting because of the sunlight which cames from the side, its strong in intensity and the blue skylight which i miss alot on the leopard, tints the whole scene in blue.
so give the whole more definition. ;)
