Look in the ICE compound section, there is a bunch of curve compounds I provided recently. Two of them have first and second derivatives: they are called DB_bezier3 and DB_bezier4. The tangent and normal vectors are the first and second derivatives. Open the compound and you will see examples of how it is done with ICE (inside the compound they are called first and second derivative).

As for the derivative, go to the website below and type the formula in the field provided. It will give you the answer. Then follow what I did in my compound.
