Learning Keying in SoftImage 2012

I write as a novice to the Autodesk SoftImage platform. Would like to cultivate the keying skills demonstrated in the Autodesk youtube video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RWdMC2Hvz2A
The elements are seen on my online image account at:

I don't see a tutorial on how to use the scene elements to create the room. Would appreciate some guidance from someone familiar with the current version of Softimage. Much thanks for your attention as I await a reply.

You know you can download the scene elements
belonging to that scene by getting the scene from this link,
that is mentioned in the description of the video?
Analyzing the contents of this scene file might help to get you started... ;)

Much thanks for your reply. Please know that I found and downloaded the wood floor, the helipad,etc. before posting The issue is that I simply don't know how to bring them into the scene. I have not found the steps in any of the documentation. If you have the ability to comment on the steps to to this I can continue in my self teaching. I actualy have seen and understand three of the AutoDesk 'keying' tutorials but have an impasse with the elements of the scene.

Still hoping for guidance on this one item
