I don't know how useful this actually is and I have not tested it myself, but Morten Nobel-Jørgensen and Vaida Laganeckiene present a plugin to render a Softimage scene on a webpage using WebGL. It seems early days and they've compiled it for SI2011 x64 only (edit: just heard from "them": it should work on other/later x64 versions too, it's only tested on SI2011 x64, for x32 it should be recompiled).
