How to change scene's thumb?

hi, i save a scene with the render region open. The render region image saved as thumb of this scene. But how to change the thumb when i update the scene?

I haven't tried this myself, but simply drawing a new render region before saving again?

I'v tried, it not work. It must use "save as" to the scene.

You have to use File > Save As.
Or, in the explorer (Application scope), right-click the Scene and click Set Thumbnail from Region
