Is "Record Vertex Index" compound Available in 2012 , i can't find it ?
Or it's a custom ice compound , if so anyone know where i can find it ?

Can't really help you, but to avoid confusion:
the compound you're looking for is called "Reorder Vertex Index"... ;)
