SI2011 Hotfix 2 (disconnected shader nodes)

Following Hotfix 1, now there's, you guessed it: Hotfix 2!

HotFix 2 contains fixes for some common scenarios that result in corrupted materials and disconnected shader nodes in render trees. The Hotfix will prevent new corruption, but it doesn’t fix corrupted scenes or models. You will have to fix them one by one when possible.

Hotfix 2 for SP1 is available on the Updates & Service Packs page.
Hotfix 2 for the SAP apparently is (now) available (edit:) also, from the Subscription Center

Please make sure you install the right version of the hotfix: SP1 hotfix for Softimage 2011 SP1,
and the SAP hotfix for Softimage 2011 Subscription Advantage Pack.

As far as I can tell from the readme:
this Hotfix more or less replaces Hotfix 1,
as "(a)lso included are the dll’s from HOTFIX 1"

second update: it seems the Hotfix 2 for SAP can NOW be downloaded from the Subscription Center...

I was confused for a moment because the readme for the SAP hf2 doesn't mention it includes hf1's dlls. But they seem to be there in the rar (rendercore.dll and sipluginhosts.dll)

I still do not understand
why Softimage keeps a "Softimage Announcements" RSS feed
but does deem neither Hotfix 1 nor Hotfix 2 important enough to pipe through it...
