How use XML Format ?

I have a set script XML format. I do not know how they can apply In Softimage

Sorry, I probably do not understand your question.
Do you perhaps mean you downloaded an ICE-compound, a XSIAddon or something like that & you ended up with a file with a "XML" extension?
If so: this is a well-known problem with many browsers. Files are automatically saved with the "XML" file extension and should be renamed with the correct file extension manually.
So for example the ICE compound "Fill_Volume_Evenly.1.1.xsicompound" gets renamed by your browser to "Fill_Volume_Evenly.1.1.xml". Before you can use it in Softimage you must rename the downloaded file to "Fill_Volume_Evenly.1.1.xsicompound".
The same goes for addons ("xsiaddon")
& render tree compounds ("xsirtcompound")
