Optical Flow style motion blur?

I know this is a long shot but here goes. Is there was a way of getting optical flow style motion blur in the FX Tree similar to Reelsmart? Is there anything within the standard FX Tree nodes that can do this (even in a rudimentary way).

built-in ? of course not, optical flow is non trivial technology
however Real Smart Motion Blur is a available as an fxtree plug-in for 190$
