Good. Sure.

First check sample scenes that came with softimage.

Vimeo is a wonderful source to check what is new is appearing, just search there with word "softimage". New Compounds etc appear there.

http://xsisupport.com/ by Stephan Blair that worked for Softimage keeps updating it with news and has an extensive list of situations that help.
