How did you do the retopo ? 3D Coat has an auto retopo tool called Autopo. Did you use that for this model ? I'm curious if you would recommend it.

T.Y. all! It's zRemesher + manual tweaks in Softimage. The base part is the original poly model.
I haven't really figured out yet how Autopo works. Sometimes I get great results, better than zremesher, but sometimes it produces trash or runs forever. It probably needs a smooth model to work with. At zRemesher you can throw anything, but what comes out is too smooth so I usually snap back the points to the original mesh using ICE.

a 3D print of the last 2 models, still needs a little cleaning up.
16 / 18 cm height.. the printer was a Anet A8, a kit available for 140 Euro.
Assembly took 10 hours, printing 20 hours each figure.
