Okay, I think now would be a good time to close this thread...
For future reference: if you think something isn't "above board", it would probably be helpful, if you were state your claim to the "management" (PM the "Team") before replying on the forum itself. Don't get me wrong: we take these kinds of things very seriously, I just want to prevent things going rather ugly (rather quickly, as these thing go).
