CG Generalist

One Animation is looking to hire a CG Generalist with a strong understanding of Autodesk Softimage to be a part of our growing Research and Development team and work closely with Art Directors on specific projects.

Requirements
• In-depth work history with Autodesk Softimage (XSI)
• The ability to demonstrate Creativity in design and 3D look development
• Strong understanding Autodesk Softimage ICE is an advantage
• Working knowledge of surfacing and texturing and rendering
• Strong sense of self-motivation and initiative
• Excellent English skills, both written and verbal
• Strong scripting skills in Python VB and Jscript is an advantage
• Aptitude to participate in all aspects of creating final shots

Other Considerations
• Other creative skills such as Photography or Traditional Art
• Experience with Compositing and 2D Image Manipulation
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Film or similar discipline
• Experience in shader writing, C++, MEL, objective C and/or web development
• Capability to initiate solutions to technical and artistic challenges
• Creativity and the ability to communicate

The successful candidate will work alongside the Art Director to assist in the look and creative development of various Feature Film and Television Projects. It would also require full time relocation to Singapore.
