Velocity Filter Compound

Velocity Filter Compound.
It deletes particles when the emitter object moves slower or faster then the given velocity.

surly it can do opposite.!?! produce in these conditions.!? :-B

Yes, I'm sure it can. This was done while learning more about ICE, and I would probably do things differently now. It does work tho. :)
