Hi guys,
Im curious about softimage's hair instancing and setting up orientation for instances, i have tried the method using tangent maps and it seems to work, so and so, but for follow geometry method i got nothing.
The documentation does seem to get to deep into the subject but, i presume by the way that its documented that there shouldnt be much to it, just attach the geo group for the instances, attach the group for the objects that should weight the orientation to the orientation drop down menu, select the follow geo method and it should work, am i correct about this? and pointers in the right direction would be grateley appreciated.
