deform by point

hi there,

i have a point like this image anyway for me to deform them mesh with that point cloud?

Yes, but how do you wish it to be deformed?

As if its an envelope?

well, as you can see on a last image i want every point on the point cloud will move every point on the mesh, because i create that mesh by the point cloud and it will math the position and id, the problem i have right now after i merge that mesh with the other mesh and weld it together (in case i merge the mouth and the head) it change the topology and also change the number of point in so it doesn't math with the point cloud anymore ... anyway to filter only some point on the point cloud the deform the mesh (in case i only want to deform the mouth after i merge it)

You have to 'get closest' when you don't have topological matches
