Render Region and Autosave stress alleviation script

Greetz,
Just to post a little script made in response to an XSI list thread, and to address an old annoyance (and alleviate some of my own stress
)
which re-initializes the autosave timer (set in prefs) upon region or preview render launches or refreshes to avoid any midway saves,
and therefore avoid having 1 out of ~3-4 regions renders needlessly stop and start-over, unless your previews happens to take longer than your autosave interval, which you can usually comfortably leave at some 20-30 min.
