Hi everybody,
I recently won the Stan Winston Robot Design Contest for my model, Robobeast. I created the rough concept mesh in ZBrush, and then took it to Softimage 2013 to build all of the final hard surface, water tight geometry. Softimage is a real great modeler for building water tight geometry for 3D printing. You can see the final 3D printed model at the Legacy Effects Blog: http://legacyeffectsblog.com/robot-desi ... st-winner/.

Seeing our images remembered me of Battle Cat, He-man side-kick. Don't ask me why!
