Hi all,
I want to take to opportunity to present a little project I´m working on.
This is the completely unknown and in parts absolutely useless spaceship "Schwenker IV".
It was build by the SASA, the "Saarländische Agentur für Space Administration" in the smallest german
Bundesland, the "Saarland", to explore the infinite infinity of the universe. Unfortunately, shortly
after the ship had left our solarsytem the left engine broke and could not be fixed, so the ship and
the crew were flying seven years in a circle through space and discovered absolutely nothing.

The Schwenker IV however was designed to reflect the shape of a modern "Schwenker Grill", the
traditional saarlandish barbeque device, usually made by hand from "leftovers" of saarlandish minig
constructions.

The microseries "Schwenker IV antwortet nicht" will be broadcast near the end of 2009, by the
"Saarländischer Rundfunk".

I´m also doing set extensions, postproduktion, compositing and graphics for this project.
All the design is supposed to have some kind of b-movie look, so don´t expect starwars.
Some more texturing work needs to be done.

Will they be showing the episodes online or is it TV only?

Would be too bad if they didn't put it online, as I think I would rather enjoy this, in all it's glorious "campiness" and only have access to ARD, ZDF and WDR where I live...
