Looking for feedback - Running Dog WIP

Hi,
I'm not sure if I should start another topic or add this to the existing "Looking for feedback thread" with my running man cycle...

I have blocked in a dog running using Muybridge.mov's as reference
As a newbie, I'm looking to learn from 'real life' (using reference footage) in an attempt to understand the mechanics of movement if that makes sense. In the future I hope to learn how to caricature a dog with personality.
All feedback appreciated.
Cheers
Jim

Not in to animation so much but apart from replicating perfect running or walking cycles, with the dog in side view
maybe you should feed your brain with lots of slow mo videos of playful dogs doing all sorts of movements
and maybe stick with the dog that reminds you the kind of dog you d like to animate
and you will find some patterns going on.
