Actually I seem to run into this often. But I am very new to animating in Softimage. So I am not sure what gives. I wonder if anyone could have a look at this scene file and tell me why the effector at the end of the chain will not take keyframes?

Probably just a simple thing I don't understand just yet. Or have overlooked.

It is just a simple finger set up with the chain broken at the tip joint.

It is the effector at the very end of the tip I am concerned with.
