Pluralsight retiring Digital-Tutors library on July 31

Post by AceMastermind » 05 Jul 2017, 04:40

I was just browsing the web and decided to see what was going on at Pluralsight and saw this big red banner at the top of the page that states this:
On July 31st, 2017 the Digital-Tutors library will be retired along with Digital-Tutors concurrent licensing. Effective August 1, 2017 any active group plans will be redirected to www.pluralsight.com. Each group plan will receive one individual user license on Pluralsight for each paid Digital-Tutors license. Please contact your account representative for any additional questions.

I guess that means all Digital-Tutors videos that were previously acquired will be removed? :-ss
I hope i'm misunderstanding this? x_x
If they are removing them it would be nice if they allowed them to be viewed for free at least until then. :-\

If you already have a DT account, you can now directly log into Pluralsight with the same l/p.
Most of the DT training is there, some older stuff has been removed as it is not relevant anymore.
I have no idea what will happen at the end of the month, but cannot imagine they will kill ALL existing DT training.

And besides the existing DT stuff you can access a lot of new 3D related training, and the whole Pluralsight library (more IT, programming etc. related)
