In the CGSociety's "CGRetrospective 2010" Softimage ends up in fifth place,
while Lagoa Multiphysics gets the top spot.

Why Lagoa is separate (in a different position) from XSI?
This CG nomination is better then advertising

While I'm very happy about this, I'm wondering who makes that top and based on what. Maybe the answer to my wondering is easy to find but I'm feeling ignorant right now and don' like to google. Is it possible that Autodesk has something to do with this?
