For all the crap we give Maya you can still do some amazing work in it. This is probably some of the best facial rigging/ Texturing I have ever seen.

Cool. Saw this on four or five other places, too. Seems to be popular already. Good choice to go with DX shaders, even it's not enough realistic for my taste, but makes it even more attractive for game artists.
