It's geared towards getting your data into Unity, but uses a plethora of apps to get the work done.
So basically it can be used for other engines like Unreal, Lumberjack, AD's Stingthingy etc. as well.

By the way, just watching the long post any rocks you make thread on Polycount, nice to see that photogrammetry seems to be nicely accepted by "rock production professionals" :) too, beside traditional zBrush plus some texture painter combo.
The renderer "turtle" used by this scene, is not currently available. The "turtle" renderer will be used instead.
