[Fixed]skinning probleme

Hello everyone

I have a skinning problem , I put my rig in place. and envelop the character
but I would like to make some adjustments to the rig I've deleted the envelope
I did a freeze on the character, delete weight the map.

i did the ajustement but whene I redo the envelope it`s look like the older envelope was still active the character it is completely deformed

it`s the same if I mute the envelope (not delete it) and adjuste the rig put the envelope on.

what I did wrong

Hi there,

I think this is already explained in the docs, but anyway:
after you adjust your rig, MMB on parent of whole rig's hierarchy, go to animate panel>envelope>set reference poses.
Several enveloped pieces probably causes the problem. First time you connect the bones to mesh, using envelope, Sofitmage adds a property called 'Static Kine State' to all bones or nulls, involved in enveloping. For every another enveloped mesh, the same Static Kine State is used.

Almost all the time, you don't need to remove envelope in Softimage - you just model your meshes behind it, adjust your rig together with it, so on...
