Reverse dog leg rig tutorials?

Hi, the preset dog leg rig biped just wont work for what I'm making which is an AT-ST from star wars. Are there any tutorials out there on building a custom rig for this type of thing? Google didn't yield many results.

Not that I can remember (though it could be out there) but from what I'm seeing in a quick google search, that leg is just a backwards bending standard 2 bone leg setup. The ball pivots are different but that's all it is.
