select shape key problem

hi every one
i have a fully shaped character i maya and im going to use all of its shapes in the same rigged character in softimage
when i export all of shapes in maya and import them to soft, after selecting shape key this will happen :

i tried too many different exportation ways,obj,alembic,FBX, ...
what should i do !!?
actually i have more than 15 characters like this :(

It appears the point orders aren't the same from the shape meshes to the base mesh.

You could create the blend shape deformer and add all of the shapes in Maya then export FBX and import FBX using Crosswalk and the blend shapes should come over hooked up already. Also have you tried exporting the base mesh and all of the shape meshes through FBX at the same time then rebuilding the blend shapes in Softimage that way?

problem solved.its really weird but maya is removing 1 point from the character in obj exportation! i donno witch point exactly but the point numbers are different in maya and soft in same character!!
