face robot issues

here's some problems

at first some points of the mouth interior ar attached to random mouth clusters
the lower mouth points where assigned both to lips and upper mouth cluster here

after i fixed the clusters issue the geometry looks like blasted in that area
i go to envelopes to fix it,but weight changes won;t fix anything
still remains the same

on another character every times she opens her mouth,her ears "snaps" to a different possition

im a bit overwhelmed because i have to rig 100+ characters
i would like to have some help if possible

I don't have a lot of experience with FaceRobot. With that in mind, I have had issues like your image no.1 when my mouth cavity is not large enough. Just remodel the cavity, and making it as large as possible. Then resolve.

As far as the ears go. They will always need to be re-weighted after a solve. From what I have experienced.

Is there anywhere a good description on what face robot actually is and how to use it? Everybody talks about it, but I still haven't found much on this subject.
