"Unflashed" the vim-tag

After editing the BBcode for our all-new video-tag, we decided our “good old” (and deprecated) vim-tag was in need of a final overhaul, as it was still Flash-based, something modern mobile devices can’t seem to handle anymore. So now the Vimeo-videos on this site, as far as they were embedded with the vim-tag, should use html5 now. The extremely old vimeo-tag remains unchanged and Flash-based for now.
