Really? You're switching based on some beta screenshots.....
You know the saying about the grass being greener and such, but the latest releases of OSX aren't really compelling to move over either.
Just wait and see, and in the meantime there are plenty of powerful explorer replacements out there, like XYPlorer for one.
You do know you don't -have- to use the defaults that come with Windows if it doesn't suit your workflow

Edit: After watching the video in the blog I don't see your issue here. Despite discussions on the ribbon being evil or not, there's a lot of stuff in there that makes life easier. I like what they're doing, it's just evolving the explorer.
My only gripe is -still- no tabs for multiple folderviews. But that's where XYPlorer is good at, amongst other things.
