Bump and architectural material

Post by Pancho » 14 Nov 2013, 17:20

For me it doesn't work. "Bump map" node in the overall or standard bump port. Nothing. No tiny bity of bump map appears on the model. Is there some hidden secrect? Can't imaging why it doesn't work.

Only if I stick the "bump map" into the base node, it works. But for layered materials that's not working well. So, why are there bump map inputs on the node which don't work?

Cheers

Go into the Architectural material "Additional Options" tab and under "Global Settings" switch from "use old bump input" to "Add (World)"
