SSS Lightmap groups

To avoid flickering when rendering across a farm (or even on one machine?), I understand it helps to assign each SSS object its own lightmap (scatter) group name. But what if hundreds of objects are assigned a Fast_Simple_misss material? Is it possible to assign different lightmap group names automatically?
