XSI to Mudbox problems

hello i am working on this character’s head and i wanted to begin texturing.
so i did the uvs in Softimage XSI and now i am in mudbox but when i am painting i get these weird artifacts only on the let side....
anybody knows why???

it was the FAIL "send to mudbox" button that was messing it up.
what a waste of time ;_;

Next time try to create the UVs in Mudbox it works better for me, plus is easier.

I had this once. I found higher "bleeding" values on your brushes in mudbox fixed this, or you can export the object from SI and import the object (or fbx) to Mudbox in order for the UV's to work better than the "send to mudbox" function. Later I exported the textures to SI and it didnt have any anomolies. Exporting an obj to mudbox worked better for me, in order to avoid those anomolies, despite the extra rigmarol.

But if you "send to Mudbox", make sure you have frozen the symmetry operators you might have used before or after the UV work in SI before sending to Mudbox, that also fixed that problem for me.
