Override the different materials contained in a partition?

Override the different materials contained in a partition?

Hello people.

Let's say i have different objects with different materials and at the partition level i want to assign a render channel to those objects, like an ID matte for example. But without touching the different materials themselves.

How I do that? It seems the override work only with a material assigned to the partition.
Is it possible?
