I have a motion capture unit, that I've making available at an ultra low cost of $100 / day (8 hrs). With that, you'll get a mocap actor, technicians free. And get delivery of the raw unclean data over the net as .bvh files.
Everything will happen over the net.
You'll have to send me your script & storyboards, we'll do the rest here. You can also monitor the shoot over the net at an additional cost.
