Strands orientation flickering when scaling emitter geometry

Hi Softimage Friends! :)

I have an emitter for emitting particles strands (not simulated, only modelling mode).
I would like to scale the emitter geometry during the strand animation (not simulated), but when I scale the emitter
the strands (and the particle orientation), flickers, but only in a very few frames, and only a very few particles.

If I do not scale it, it is fine.

I tried almost all possibilities, combinations, without result...

Could someone help me a little in this, I could post a simple scene, if needed.
Any workarounds, tips are also welcome.

Hello Robert_XSI

you ICE tree was overly complicated to demonstrate effect so I did not touch it. If I wanted to do what you described it would be done like the way I attached. no flickering

I think you are sampling the wrong thing to emit from and also not taking into account the global matrix of the emitter. anyway here is one solution attached

I think my Align Particle to Surface node made the problems...
