SI Windwos 10 4k

Hi guys,
I'v got an UI issue with XSI 2014 SP2 which I am not able to solve. I'v been reading about 4k / Windows 10 issues with SI, mostly targeting the small fonts issue.
In my case, the icon size is bearable, what does make it almost unable to work with is the overlapping of certain icons.

Is there a way to fix this? Maybe in some text- or whatever files?
